How to Root Android Device

What is Rooting?

Rooting means you have root access to your Device - It can Run the Sudo command, and has enhanced Privileges allowing it to run Apps Like: Wireless Tether or SetCPU. You can Root either by Installing the Superuser application or by Flashing a Custom ROM that includes Root access.

Follow Steps to Root any Android Phone:

1. Download iRoot Android Phone Rooting Tool For Windows
  • Download the iRoot Tool For Windows {Click Here} and install it in your computer.
  • After Successful Installation, Tick on the Launch Root option and click Finish.

2. Using iRoot in Rooting Android Device
  • Enable USB Debugging Mode in your Android Phone.
How Do I Enable USB Debugging Mode On My Android Device?
For most Android Devices, Navigate to Settings > Developers option or Development > Tick on USB Debugging to enable. You will get a Pop message, just tap on OK.
For Android Devices running on android 4.2.2 or above, you have to Navigate to About Phone and Tap on Built Number 5 times or more to unhide the USB debugging Mode. 
  • Make sure the USB Debugging mode on your android device is turned ON and Launch iRoot Tool on your PC.
  • Connect your android device to the computer using USB cable.

  • After Successful connection and Recognition, iRoot will automatically detect your android phone and will displayed it on the screen.

  • If the android phone can be rooted using iRoot, you will see the Root option clearly displayed just after the user agreement Link.
  • Click on Root Option and iRoot will automatically Reboot your phone and install the SuperSU application on your phone.

  • After Reboot, Click on complete and disconnect your android phone from Computer.
Success! Your Phone is Successfully Rooted.

How To Verify Android Device is Rooted/Not?

  • To verify, simply navigate to the android phone menu, search for SuperSU app.
  • If that isn’t convincing enough, you can download Root Checker from Play Store  {Click Here} to verify the device is Rooted/Not.
